Refund Policy
Refund requests may be considered when::
- The license has not been activated.
- Product delivery was unsuccessful.
- Duplicate orders occurred.
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Certain digital products may be subject to publisher-specific restrictions.
